Processing, Shipping, and Covid-19 Disclaimer

We take great pride in our treats, and it is our slogan that they "Taste As Good As They Look". In order to achieve this standard, and level of quality there is a process that takes place. Each bundle is made to order to ensure freshness, and we strip the wax, and pesticides from each apple by washing them in our natural solution at 212 degrees. Afterwards each apple is wiped dry, and placed in a cooling area to sit for 24-48 hrs. This allows the natural perspiration of sap to rise from the apples. The apples are wiped, and buffed again before dipping in your favorite colors, and flavors. This process is necessary to prevent the candy from bubbling up or creating those unattractive pin holes that you see in apples that have been rushed, and not cleaned properly.  

We take pictures of each order after they are bagged, and bowed to ensure integrity that your order was made with care.

While it is our mission that your order will make it to you in the same manner that it left our facilities, we can not foresee shipping delays, or handling of the packages once they leave our possession. We pack our products securely, but keep in mind that these are perishable edibles that may melt or break down in extreme temperatures. Special accommodations can be made by request if you would like to order a cooling pack, or special container to ship your order in, but this will come with an upcharge.  

Please take these measures in consideration when ordering your treats because we are not responsible for any damages or delays that may occur during the shipping process. 

Our Candy is made with Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Coloring, Flavoring, Caramel, Chocolate, Nuts, and various Toppings. Sugar can, and will break down from moisture, or may become sticky, or chewy. We recommend refrigerating your treats if you are not consuming them with in 3-5 days of receiving them.  

We do not offer refunds, but will offer a credit depending on the circumstances.

Our Galaxy Apples are hardened candy covered apples, and may be hard to chew, and broken candy can produce sharp or jagged edges, so use caution when consuming, or giving to small children.

Our products are made in a facility that processes milk, peanuts, and other nuts, that could trigger allergic reactions, so please consider when ordering. 

We take COVID-19 very serious, so our staff abides by the guidelines provided by the CDC, and we ensure that our facilities are properly cleaned.
